The wunderloop technology has been built from the very beginning (9 years ago) with data privacy compliance in mind. Since the roots of wunderloop are in Germany, one of the strictest privacy laws in the world has always been applicable and had to be obeyed. wunderloop’s technology in itself is fully data privacy compliant by German law. We prove this on a continuous base by allowing the full examination of our technology and seeking proactively approval from inspection authorities. As a result wunderloop has received the widely recognized Data Protection Seal from Germany’s leading public monitoring agency ULD (Unabhaengiges Landeszentrum für Datenschutz) for its targeting products ‘wunderloop custom’ and ‘wunderloop connect’. In addition the leading provider of technology monitoring services, TÜV Rhineland, confirmed that the information and data processing by wunderloop is in compliance with German data privacy legislation. In addition, wunderloop has become the second European company and first in Germany to be awarded the European Privacy Seal ‘EuroPriSe’. wunderloop conforms to the standards of the IAB UK Good Practice Principles, which enables consumers to opt out of having their behaviour tracked by our technology. |
