Built on over seven years of research and development by leading psychologists, mathematicians and advertising experts, wunderloop’s technology is based on proprietary “relevancy weighting” algorithms that use behavioral and contextual data to match the current interest of the user with the publisher’s and advertiser’s messages in real-time. wunderloop customers include global leaders such as: AOL, T-Online, Tiscali, Lycos, and Freenet. wunderloop customers have already realized substantial value with wunderloop’s targeting and have increased their conversion rates by up to 500% and their advertising efficiency by up to 792%. wunderloop customer sites currently deliver up to 18 billion pageviews each month to millions of unique users and the company is experiencing year-on-year growth of over 500%. On the back of such results, the team around wunderloop’s co-founder Ulrich Hegge has attracted exceptional management comprised of industry leaders with experience gained within international media and technology companies including: AOL Time Warner, Advertising.com, Oracle, DoubleClick, AdLINK, Bertelsmann, and Miva, amongst others.

“When I first saw wunderloop’s technology over 12 months ago, I realized that I was looking at something with the potential to significantly change the online advertising industry. With such committed investors supporting the technology and management teams, wunderloop has the opportunity to change the way that online advertising works and to provide new ways of monetization for publishers and advertisers,” said Klaus Hommels.
Atomico Investments, with Niklas Zennström as its principal visionary stated, “With its ability to enable real-time targeting, wunderloop is unique in its ability to really understand the consumer. This gives wunderloop the potential to take online advertising to the next level for the benefit of both consumers and advertisers alike.”
