<p>Luxembourg, 5 July 2010 – AudienceScience, an online advertising technology company driving digital marketing success, announced today plans to acquire wunderloop, an integrated behavioral targeting company based in Hamburg, Germany. Herewith wunderloop deliberately chose a partner who does business globally, in a step that has not only warded off the interim insolvency but also puts the company in an even better position than before.</p>

Grupo Canalmail is now an exclusive “wunderloop connect” partner in Spain, which means it can now manage advertising across multiple publishers, optimise contact classes and significantly approve its targeting with ‘Automated Target Discovery’.</p>

<p><em>Luxembourg, 14 December 2009</em><strong> </strong>- wunderloop welcomes the New Year 2010 with a product innovation: Adprobe. By introducing this technology, wunderloop improves inventory monetisation on two counts, enabling the use of higher-quality inventory while also lowering costs.</p>
<p>In the past, if an ad server couldn’t fill an advertising slot, it would send a request to another ad server to supply inventory. This caused costs – regardless of whether the second server accepted or declined the request. Furthermore, if the queried ad server declined the request, the context information for the ad space was often lost. In short: unnecessary expense was incurred, the possible CPM was reduced, which also reduced the quality of the possible inventory. Adprobe adds a key advantage to the interaction of ad servers: websites running Adprobe first check whether a specific request would in fact lead to a successful placement. Only if the response is positive does it send the specific request – and of course all this takes place in real-time.</p>
<p>„The Adprobe principle is simple and obvious,” says wunderloop CPO Ulf Sturm: “Basically, it’s a simple if-then request between ad servers – which, however, leads to a major advantage in inventory monetisation: significantly improved monetisation while also lowering ad server costs.“</p>
<p>Adprobe is currently undergoing beta-testing at various wunderloop customers. The beta ends in Q1/2010.</p>
